OUR SHIPPING POLICY
How We Do It
All orders placed on can be tracked through the My Account page. Stage wise update is provided right from the time the order is placed to the time it is dispatched and to the time it's delivered. We work with leading couriers to ensure the shortest delivery time.
Absolutely no charge for shipping on all orders above Rs.699 placed with
Oversize and Heavy Shipment
Product or order having overall weight of 10kg and or more thanks 1 metre in lenght will not be sent via courier for drop shipment. However we will arrange to send shipment via surface transport vendor wherein you will have to collect the shipment. We send you the LR copy receipt so that you can claim. Also note NO COD facility on the oversize and Heavy shipment.
We do ship products to select International destinations. Addtional charges would apply depeding on the product and destination.
DAMAGE WHILE SHIPPING
All our orders are delivered by leading courier companies to ensure they handled with care. But, if you feel that the package looks damaged, tampered or wrongly handled, do not accept the order. Please call us immediately so that we can address the issue and resolve it. An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order Summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.
Delivery of the Product
USERS shipping address, pin code will be verified with the database of purplekart.in before USERS proceed to pay for USERS purchase. In the event case USERS order is not serviceable by our delivery partners we would request USERS to provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on our partner/merchant's delivery list. In case there is any dispute regarding the shipment of the product or services for the area not covered by purplekart.in, in such cases we will not be responsible for the non-delivery of the product. We doesn't deliver items internationally but USERS can make purchases on the website from anywhere in the world ensuring the shipping address is within India.
In case USERS book multiple orders for the Products and Services in one transaction, we would endeavour to ship all Products together. However, this may not always be possible due to some product characteristics and/or logistics' issues. If USERS purchase multiple Products in single transaction, then all the Products would be shipped to a single shipping address given by USERS. If USERS wish to ship Products to different addresses, then USERS should book the orders separately based on the delivery addresses.
For metros and Tier-1 cities usually the order should reach USER doorstep within 6-7 business days from the time the orders gets confirmed. Incase of Tier 2 , Tier-3 and other cities not mentioned above, usually your order should reach your doorstep within 10-14 business days from the time the order gets confirmed. Depending on the accessibility of the certain locations by our logistics partner the delivery time might take longer.
Unforeseen circumstances like bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other external circumstances there can be a further delay. In such situations we will keep you updated through email, SMS and over the phone.
Heavy/ bulky items & customised orders
Order placed within the Exterior Section for products like Front Bull bar, Roof Racks, Rear Bull Bar & Side Foot Rest due to nature of product (Installation Clamps, ,Stainless Steel, Fibre, Aluminium) if the total weight exceeds 10 kgs then we would not be in position to provide door step delivery. In that case we request you to please collect the parcel from a nearby serviceable location in your respective area.
For select product categories which involves customization and are either heavy or bulky these orders may usually take 9-12 business days and their delivery may not be possible at a few select locations. All products that are customised which include products like spoilers, rear & front bull bars which have fibre and specified with body colour and all types of seat covers.
*Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
The Small Print
Cancellation by purplekart.in
purplekart.in reserves the right, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in USERS order being cancelled include, without limitation, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by USERS, non- availability of the service, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, or problems identified by our internal credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact USERS if all or any portion of USERS order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept USERS order. If USERS order is cancelled after USERS credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in USERS credit card account.
Cancellation by the USERS
In case of requests for order cancellations, purplekart.in reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/ approved by purplekart.in, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to USERS within a reasonable period of time. purplekart.in will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. We have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. USERS agree not to dispute the decision made by purplekart.in and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.
purplekart.in reserves the right to cancel any orders that classify as 'Bulk Order' as determined by purplekart.in as per certain criteria. Any purplekart.in cash or Promo Code used for placing the 'Bulk Order' will not be refunded as per this cancellation policy. An order can be classified as 'Bulk Order' if it meets with the below mentioned criteria, which may not be exhaustive, viz:
Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale
Multiple orders placed for same product at the same address
Bulk quantity of the same product ordered
Invalid address given in order details
Any malpractice used to place the order

Note: In case of manufacturing defect, user and get in touch with customer care within 24 hours of the receipt and we will resolve it at a reasonable time.
Failure to Sell by the Vendor
Unless due to USERS negligence, in the event the Vendor fails to complete a sale of a product or a service when presented by USERS with a valid Voucher or otherwise, USERS acknowledge that the vendor will be solely liable to reimburse such amount as has already been paid by USERS for the purchase of such order. Further, USERS agree that purplekart.inwill not be held liable for failure of the Vendor to make available any product or service therein.

purplekart.in strives to deliver good products however if the Users receive a damaged or defective product or a product that does not confirm with the specifications as per your original order, the Users are required to contact the customer service team through any of the method mentioned below:

We recommend our Users to check before accepting shipment of any product, that the product's packaging is not damaged or tampered. If the Users observe that the package is damaged or tampered, they are requested to refuse to accept delivery and inform at the earliest. The return process of the product may be restricted by us depending on the nature and category of the product.
After receiving the Users complaint, we will verify the genuiness and the nature of the complaint and if we are satisfied that the complaint is genuine, purplekart.in will inform the relevant Vendor of such complaint and request for a replacement. However, in the event of frivolous, false and baseless complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, purplekart.in reserves the right to take necessary legal actions against the Users and the Users will be solely responsible and liable for all costs incurred by purplekart.in in this regard. The Users hereby agree that the Vendor selling the defective product/ service will be solely responsible to the Users at all times and for any claims of the Users in relation to such defective product/ service purplekart.in shall not in any manner be held liable for the same.
In order to return any products sold through the Website, the Users are required to comply with the following conditions:
The Users shall notify purplekart.in of receipt of a damaged/ defective product/service within 24-hours of delivery. If the Users fail to do then , purplekart.in shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order
The Products should be unused;
The Users will be required to send the product using a reputed courier in their respective area within 48 Hours from receipt of such claims. Courier freight charges will be reimbursed in such form as is determined by the logistics team upon prior confirmation with purplekart.in;
The Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.;
The Users are advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit;
If purplekart.in accepts the return of a product, the value of such product, as originally paid by the Users during acceptance of delivery of product or otherwise, will be refunded The Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment made with. If a card was used purplekart.in will credit the refund through the approved payment gateway directly into Users debit/credit card or online accounts or provide the Users with a cheque in this regard. Refunds will be subject to the following:
